We specialize in installing interior drainage systems just below the floor to capture and direct any incoming water to a sump well with a submersible pump which pumps the water out of the home.

We re-point; re-cement, fieldstone foundations, or repair foundation cracks.
BULKHEAD SERVICES
LaPan Waterproofing offers Bulkhead products and services. We can replace bulkhead doors and pour the concrete bulkhead foundation needed around your property.
WALKWAYS, DECKS & STAIRS
We pour concrete patios and walkways or skirts around the foundation. We construct wood decks with pressure treated wood or Treks decking, a synthetic material that lasts a lifetime.

What will your services cost?

Do you offer clean out installation?
Yes, we do. We can install clean outs which allow for easy access for flushing out your drainage systems. These clean out systems help to extend the life of your drainage system by removing unwanted dirt and debris that can otherwise clog and get caught in your submersible pump causing it to wear out quickly.
Is there anything I can do myself to correct the problem?
Depending on the situation, correcting the problem yourself is not a good option. You want a trained professional basement waterproofing expert to take care of the problem. If our trained inspector feels the problem is minimal, he will give you tips and ideas as to how you can take care of it yourself. However, if the problem is one that would need professional services, he will review all of the options available to you so you know your home is in the best condition possible.

After working for “The Big Waterproofing Company” for a decade, Mr. LaPan realized that his techniques, though working great, were not being applied by all employees. The area we service will not get water again due to gravity keeping water in the drainage system and our “clean outs” giving us the ability to keep it from clogging. The system will truly last the lifetime of the basement. We had installed a system in a house then it burned down, they rebuilt the house and the system is still working perfectly! Another home was torn down from the basement up and rebuilt and the system we installed still works fine.
